Description
The stable block at Sibsey House dates from the mid-18th century and was altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped pantile roof with dogtooth eaves. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central bay, which is slightly projecting and gabled, is an early 19th-century addition and includes two storeys plus an attic. The main entrance is a large basket-arched doorway with a double plank door and an overlight. On either side of this doorway are single round-arched doorways, each with a plank door and a plain fanlight above. In the attic, there is a small round-arched doorway with a plank door.
