Description

This is a late 18th-century brick cottage located immediately to the right of Mill House on Manby Road in Saltfleetby All Saints. The cottage is constructed of brown brick with a pantile roof featuring coped and tumbled eaves, a brick band at the eaves, and a single, central brick stack. The building follows a lobby entrance plan and is a single storey with a garret. The front elevation has three bays, with a central doorway featuring a segmental head and panelled door. This doorway is flanked by single plain sash windows, also with segmental heads and margin lights.
