Description

Ivy Grove House is a late 18th-century house located on the north side of Church Lane in Saltfleetby All Saints. It is constructed of colourwashed brown brick and features slate roofs with decorated eaves and three gable stacks. The building is designed in an L-plan and has two storeys with a three-bay front. The central doorway has a round head, a plain moulded doorcase, a spoked fanlight, and a panelled door. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sashes with segmental heads, and there are three glazing bar sashes above.
