Description

Ketsby Mill Cottage is a cottage built of yellow brick in Flemish bond, dating from 1864. It features a pantile roof with a central brick stack, exposed rafter ends, and bargeboards. The cottage has a lobby entry plan and is a single storey with a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a planked door set within a small gabled porch that has a semi-circular headed opening. On either side of the door are single two-light glazing bar sash windows with brick segmental heads. This building is included in the register for its group value.
