School, now cottage. Late C18. Red brick, render. Pantile roof with coped gable to left, decorated eaves, gable stacks and central metal funnel. Single storey, 3 bay front with central projecting porch with narrow blind round headed panel in front and doorway with plank door in left side. Porch flanked by single glazing bar sashes.
