Description

Hill Crest is a late 18th-century house located on the Skegness Road, Partney. It is constructed of red brick with a concrete pantile roof and two red brick gable stacks, one on each side. The house is designed to be seen from the front and back, with gables visible from both directions. It features outer pilaster strips. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with the central bay slightly projecting. The central doorway has a panelled door and a glazing bar overlight. Single glazing bar sashes flank the doorway on either side. All ground-floor windows are set within segmental arches. The upper floor has two sashes similar to those below, with a smaller single sash in the centre.
