Description

Partney House is a mid-18th century house located on the Skegness Road in Partney. The house is constructed of red brick with a slate roof and has tumbled gables and two red brick gable stacks. It has two storeys plus a garret and comprises three bays. The central doorway features a panelled and part-glazed door with an architrave surround incorporating a decorative frieze and modillion cornice. Single, low glazing bar sashes are positioned on either side of the doorway, with three similar sashes above. All window openings are set within segmental arches. A plaque is set into the left gable, inscribed "O Lord be thou my keeper and peace be in this place 1618" and below "1702." To the rear of the main house are various two-storey wings.
