Description

The Cottage, located to the east of Avenue Farmhouse, is an early 19th-century cottage constructed of red brick. It features a pantile roof with brick coped and tumbled gables, along with a single gable stack. The building is two storeys high and consists of a single cell unit with a small lean-to on the right side. On the front, there is a single fixed glazing bar window with a sliding sash and a segmental head above it. The doorway is situated in an off-shut at the rear and has a plank door. To the right, there is a two-light sliding sash window with a segmental head, and above it, a two-light fixed glazing bar window. Avenue Farmhouse is not included in this listing.
