Description

This is an outbuilding located to the east of Avenue Farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a pantile roof. The building has a red brick stack on the right gable, with brick coped gables that include kneelers. The eaves are adorned with a dentil detail. The structure is single storey and consists of a single bay with a doorway. To the right, there is a lean-to, and to the left, a projecting lean-to.
