Description
Prior Park House is an early 19th-century building located on Prior Park Lane. It features a stucco facade with an eaves cornice and a blocking course, and it has a symmetrical design across three storeys. The recessed centre of the facade includes six windows and a central blind panel, with French casements on the ground and first floors and sash windows on the top floor. The outer advanced bays each contain one sash window with glazing bars. There are curved corner porticos at the angles between the front and sides of the building, with the northern portico supported by four fluted pillars. The eastern or rear facade is roughcast and has an eaves cornice, quotas, and gabled ends, featuring eight windows, with the outer bays containing three each, mostly barred sashes.
