Description
Broad Park House is a detached house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and features pilasters at the corners. The roof is made of slate and partly felted, with gabled dormers and brick slab end stacks. The building has two storeys and attics, with three windows. The central bay slightly projects and includes a Tuscan porch with double-panelled doors and an overlight. The original windows are 15-pane sashes, with the ground floor having an extra opening above the lowest panes. There is a cornice and a blocking course. The central bay also forms a large pedimented dormer with a single sash window. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the house are flanking screen walls that have blind entrances, one of which incorporates a window, and a parapet that sweeps up to the house.
