Description
This is a house, dated 1702, as indicated by blue brick headers in its right gable. A parallel wing was added to the rear in the 19th century. The house has a chamfered ashlar plinth, above which is narrow red brick with a chequered pattern of blue brick headers; the right gable features blue header diapers. The roof is covered with plain tiles, with a central brick chimney that was rebuilt and partially rendered in the 19th century. A coped gable of 19th-century blue brick is present on the right side. The house is two storeys and has an attic, with two bays. Brick band courses are visible, with a recessed central course at the level of the second floor. There are off-set eaves. The windows are 19th-century three-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars, with a similar two-light casement in a semi-dormer with a coped gable on the left. The right gable end has a 19th-century two-light casement to the attic, and traces of blocked windows below, with flat brick arches. An entry is located in the rear range, which dates to the 19th century. Internally, the house features stop-chamfered spine beams with run-out stops.
