Description

Nook Farmhouse is a farmhouse that is now without a farm, dating from the late 16th century and altered in the 20th century. The building is likely constructed of ironstone, which is covered by whitewashed roughcast. It has a pantile roof. On the west side, there are 20th-century outshuts at the ground floor level. The first floor features two 17th-century casement windows, with the left window having four lights and the right window being renewed. The east side has late 20th-century casements and a door arranged in three bays. The roof is gabled, with internal gable-end stacks that rise high above the thatching parapets. There are outshuts at the north and south gable ends, which also include late 20th-century details.
