Description

This stable range, which includes an implement shed and granary, is located immediately northeast of Church Farmhouse in Wartnaby. It dates from the 17th century and was altered and extended in the early 19th century. The building is two stories high and has six bays. It is constructed of coursed seared ironstone and features a pantile roof.

The stables are positioned to the left of the center, with a loft above them. To the right, there is a three-bay cart-standing supported by brick piers, featuring elliptical-arched openings, with the granary located above. An attached single-storey implement shed is found to the right of the cart-standing. Additionally, there is a three-light stone mullion window on the left gable, although one mullion is missing and another has been replaced by a timber post.
