Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Largely brick on stone plinth but with remnants of a timber frame. Thatched roof. Rear elevation faces to lane, 1 and a half storeyed, three bays with outer 2-light casement windows flanking a single central light, all with cambered brick heads. Single eyebrow dormer above. Main elevation shows a two unit plan form with central doorway and flanking 3-light casement windows. Deep dentilled eaves. Sill beam, wall. plate and vestigial posts survive within the brickwork. Gable end stacks.
