This milestone, located on the north-west side of Hinckley Road in Peckleton, is likely from the 18th century, with an iron plate added in the 19th century. It is made of stone and features a rounded top post. The plate displays the distances, reading "TO / HINCKLEY / 5 / TO / LEICESTER / 8".
