Description

Hill Top House is a late 18th-century red brick house located on the east side of High Street in Hinckley. It features a slate roof and brick end stacks, standing two storeys tall. The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a full-height central arched recess, similar to No. 71 High Street. It is composed of three bays, with 12-pane glazing bar sash windows that have gauged brick heads. The central entrance consists of a two-leaf door with raised and fielded panels, topped by a fanlight with patterned glazing bars. To the left, there is a two-storey extension that also includes glazing bar sashes with gauged heads and a semi-circular arched six-panel door.
