Description
Manor Farmhouse is an 18th-century house located about 20 meters west of Top Farm in Little Stretton. The building is constructed of red brick with a Welsh slate and 20th-century tile roof, featuring brick end stacks. It has a brick band, a moulded brick cornice, and moulded brick coped and shouldered gables. The house is designed in an L shape, with a wing projecting to the rear on the left side. It stands 2½ storeys tall and has five 2/2 sash windows on the upper floor and four similar windows below. The windows have cambered lintels with projecting brick keystones. The central entrance features a shouldered wooden doorcase with a six-panelled door that has glazed top panels, topped by a flat canopy, half of which has a lean-to roof. The left end of the house includes additional sash windows, a door with an overlight, and casement windows, while the right end features a two-light attic casement.
