Description
Corner Ways is a mid-18th century house located on Chapel Street in Swinford. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof with coped gables and kneelers. The building has one gable stack and a ridge stack, along with a plinth, and stands two storeys tall.
The east front of the house has a first-floor band and a dentilled cornice. It is arranged in four bays. The off-centre doorway has a four-panel door topped by a cambered arch. To the left of the doorway, there is a single two-light casement window with a wooden lintel. To the right, there are two three-light casement windows, both also with wooden lintels. On the first floor, to the left, there is a two-light casement window, and to the right, there are two three-light casement windows, all featuring painted flat arches.
