Description

The Old Bakehouse is a late 18th-century house, altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick with plain tile roofs, and features a single ridge brick stack. The two-storey street facade has a passage doorway to the right with a plank door. To the left are two three-light cross casement windows, followed by a slightly smaller three-light casement, and then a panel door. Above are three three-light casements and a single plank loft door. It was previously listed as The Old Bakehouse and Cottage, adjoining a building next but one to Offord’s Shop.
