Description

The Church of St. James is a very small church that dates back to the medieval period but was rebuilt in 1878-1879. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a Welsh slate roof. The church is a single storey and has a west double lancet window, while the north wall is blank. There is an east lancet window and an iron frame with a bell above. At the gable apex, there is a stone cross. The south side has a door. Inside, there is a restored, possibly reset, pair of raised cruck blades.
