Description

Hurst End is a cottage dating from the late 17th century to the 18th century, with a 20th-century extension. It is built of coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a thatched roof with a brick stack at the right end. The cottage has two storeys and three centre-opening three-light casement windows. On the ground floor, there is a similar three-light window on either side of the door, which is set within a 20th-century wooden gabled porch. To the left of the porch, there is a blocked door. The 20th-century two-storey extension to the left is not considered to be of special interest.
