Description

Furleigh Cottage is a late 17th and 18th century cottage located on the north side of Barnsdale, near Great Easton. The building is constructed of coursed rubble stone and red brick, with a thatched roof topped by a brick ridge stack on the right side. The front facade features a 3-light casement window and two centre-opening 3-light casement windows. A small thatched canopy shelters the central doorway. There are three eyebrow dormers on the upper storey. The left gable end is of red brick and contains a 3-light and a 2-light window above.
