Description

This house on Manor Road, Great Bowden, likely has an earlier core, but the facade is mainly from the 18th century. The front is built of coursed ironstone, with a gable end wall of red brick. It has off-centre and end chimneys and a slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has three windows, each a sash window with glazing bars. An advanced, two-storey porch, now with a flat roof and eaves cornice, is positioned off-centre. A round window is located in the upper storey, supported on two columns. The entrance features a six-panelled door.
