Description

Number 5 on Manor Road is a 17th-century gabled cottage built from ironstone, featuring a stone plinth and a tiled roof. The cottage is positioned at right angles to Manor Road and has two storeys. The gable end includes a two-light mullioned window with a dripstone above it. The main facade originally had three windows, but two of them have been bricked up. The remaining two windows are primarily 18th-century sashes with glazing bars. There are also two plain side doors.
