Description
Redhill Farmhouse and Garden Wall is a house that likely dates from the 18th century, although the main features of its facade are from around 1820. It is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high with a double pile plan and a main facade consisting of five bays. The central doorway, which has been converted into a window, features decorative glazing in the fanlight and an architrave with clustered shafts. On either side of the doorway, there are two French windows, each glazed with margin lights and topped with splayed stuccoed heads. Above, there are five 12-light sash windows with flat timber lintels. The gables are coped, and there are two new dormer windows. Brick stacks are located at the gable ends. The garden wall is attached to the house and extends to the front of the street, made of stone with brick and stone flat copings.
