Description
The Old Rectory is a house dating from the early 19th century, constructed of brick and topped with a Welsh slate roof. It is two storeys high and features a symmetrical facade with three bays. The central entrance has a six-panelled door topped by a decorative fanlight, framed by an architrave with consoles supporting a flat canopy. The outer bays contain 12-light sash windows, while three sash windows are located above, all featuring cambered brick heads. The roof includes three hipped dormers and is adorned with a dentilled eaves cornice. There are gable end stacks and a rear wing. A boundary wall made of brick with stone copings runs alongside the house and slopes down to the street, where it curves to a lower height.
