House, formerly perhaps 2 dwellings. C18 and early C19. Coursed rubble stone with quoins and Collyweston slate, Welsh slate, and corrugated tile roofs with brick ridge and end stacks, 4 in all. Long range of 4 builds. That to right of C18 and of 2 storeys of 3 casements : a centre-opening 3-light either side 2-light. Central door with overlight, the glazing bars of which form a diamond. 2 blank stone tablets between 1st floor windows. On right end a 1/1 sash window and rendered stone coped gable. On left end a section of 2 builds of c1800 and early C19. 2 storeys of, from left, centre-opening 3-light casement with brick cambered lintel, 8/8 sash and 2-light casement, over similar 3-light, and 2 8/12 sashes. On left end of this section a 16 storey build, blank to road, with 1st floor loft door in brick coped left gable. No.16 (q.v.) adjoins to rear of build to right.
