Description

No. 55 is a cottage located on Leicester Road, dated 1776. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a Welsh slate roof with a brick central ridge and end stacks. The building has two storeys, with three 2-light casements above a 3-light casement and two 20th-century 3-light bow windows. The entrance door is situated on the right end of the cottage. There is an extension at the rear, and the date 1776 is inscribed in brick at the center of the front.
