Description

This outbuilding, located between Number 57 and Number 65 on Swithland Lane, dates from around 1800. It is constructed from granite rubble stone with red brick dressings and features a Swithland slate roof. The building has brick dentilled eaves and is a single storey with various doors, windows, and loop holes. It is similar in style to the rear of both Number 57 and Number 65. This outbuilding is included in the listing due to its important group value with Numbers 57 to 63 and Number 65.
