Description
Hall Farmhouse is a house, likely originating in the early 18th century, that was rebuilt in the early 19th century. The ground floor is partly made of rubble stone and partly of brick, all of which has been whitewashed. There is a brick band in parts and brick nogged eaves, topped with a hipped roof covered in 20th-century tiles. The building has two rebuilt symmetrical ridge stacks and features a square plan with two storeys. It has three 3-light casements on the front, with the lower ones having top lights and cambered lintels. Central to the front is a set of glazed double doors, which are sheltered by a 20th-century veranda. Above these doors is a carved stone panel displaying the Coat of Arms of the Danvers family. The left side of the house mirrors the front, featuring a 2-light casement above the central entrance door. The right side has additional casements and a door, along with a 2-light casement and two truncated stacks at the rear.
