Description

The outbuildings at Number 83, also known as Seagrave Hall, are a range of structures dating from the late 17th century to the 18th century, with one section dated 1820. They are constructed of red brick, which has been colourwashed on the front, and feature a granite rubble stone plinth in part. The roofs are made of Welsh slate, Roman tile, and Swithland slate. The buildings are 1 and 1½ storeys high and include garage doors, standard doors, a loft door, a 3-light casement window, and a 3/3 sash window. The central section, which is one high storey, has a three-bay single-purlin tie-beam truss roof with clasped principal rafters. These outbuildings are included for their group value with Seagrave Hall.
