Description

No. 12 Far Street is a mid-19th century house, although it may incorporate an earlier structure. The house is built of brick on a rubble plinth, with some rubble gable walls. It is two storeys high and originally comprised two units, with a doorway positioned off-centre and featuring an overlight. The windows are mullioned casements. Decorative brickwork is present, including a course and eaves band, and diaper work in blue brick to the tat floor. Gable end stacks rise from the roof, which is hipped.
