Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the east side of Main Street in Woodhouse Eaves. It is likely built with a brick core, now rendered, and has a prominent first-floor band and a roof covered in Swithland slate, with a stack at the right end. The front elevation features a window with three lights on each floor; the ground-floor window has a cambered lintel. A glazed door, protected by a simple canopy, is located to the left.
