Description

No. 123 is a cottage from the early 19th century located on Main Street in Woodhouse Eaves. The building is rendered and features dentilled eaves, with a roof made of Swithland slate and stacks at the ends and rear. It has two storeys, with two sets of three-light casement windows that have cambered lintels on the ground floor. The central entrance has a doorcase with a simple bracketed hood and a six-panelled door. Above the door, there is a Guardian fire mark. There are extensions at the rear that also include casement windows.
