Description
Rothley Grange is a house built around 1800, constructed of red brick with a Swithland slate roof and brick end stacks. The main facade, which faces the rear, features two storeys with three sash windows: two 8/8 windows and one 6/6 window. On the ground floor, there are 8/8 windows on either side of a doorcase that has fluted pilasters, a hood supported by brackets, a four-panelled door, and an overlight with glazing bars arranged in a brickwork pattern. The facade includes gauged brick lintels and moulded brick eaves. The side facing Cross Lane has a two-storey wing that projects forward, featuring a sashed bay, casements, a three-light horizontal sliding sash, and a door.
