Description
Beaumanor Hall Lodge is a lodge built around 1850. It is constructed from granite and slate rubble stone, featuring stone dressings and a plinth, topped with a Swithland slate roof that has an elaborate stone central clustered ridge stack. The building has one and a half storeys and showcases leaded casements in a Tudor style. The entrance to the drive is located at the left gable facing the road. The gables are adorned with barge boards and finials.
On the left side, there is a wooden open work gabled porch set on a stone plinth, which includes a Tudor arched doorway and one and two-light casements to the right. Above, there is a one-light half hipped dormer. The left end features a canted mullioned bay with a two-light window at the front and a two-light casement above, with a hood mould that has label stops, rising to enclose a stone crest and motto. On the right end, there is a door and a two-light casement. Additionally, there are a two-light and a one-light half hipped dormer, along with a 20th-century one-storey extension at the rear.
