Description

A terrace of three houses located on Sparrow Hill, dated 1854 and identified by a tablet reading "Parks Millwright 1854". The buildings are constructed of red brick with light-coloured brick headers and painted stone dressings, and have a plain tile roof with three brick stacks on the front slope of the asymmetrical roof. The terrace is three storeys high with a five-window arrangement. The ground and first floors feature 16-pane sashes, while the second floor contains 12-pane sashes. The windows have brick cills and heads with incised panels. Each house has a four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight above. To the left is an elliptical carriage arch with a keystone and abaci. The terrace is recognised as a well-preserved example of an early Victorian terrace, situated near other listed buildings.
