Description

No. 46 Park Road is a house built in the mid-19th century, featuring painted brick and a Welsh slate roof in the Gothic style. The building is two stories high with five bays and a steep central gable that has overhanging eaves and ornate bargeboards. The ground floor includes a canted bay with 16-light sash windows, and above it is a round arched window with margin lights. To the right, there is a doorway with a stuccoed flat-arched head and paired trefoiled lights. To the left, there are similar paired lights beneath a stuccoed head, with French windows beyond. The upper windows are round arched and feature overlights. The house has a central axial stack.
