Description
Daniel Hay Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century and the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof and a brick ridge stack. The building features a chamfered blue brick plinth, plain bands at the first and second floors, and a dentil eaves cornice. It has two storeys and attics, designed in a T-plan. The south elevation has two bays, with a segment-headed doorway that includes a plank door. To the right of the doorway is a 3-light segment-headed casement window, and further right is a 19th-century canted bay window with a configuration of 1-2-1 lights. Above, there are two 3-light segment-headed windows.
