Description

Granville Mill, built around 1870, is a three-storey red brick structure featuring black engineering brick bands and a tiled roof. Its gabled facade is four bays wide, with the left side canted backwards and containing only two windows, one of which is a lunette. The rest of the facade is arranged symmetrically, showcasing central raised double doors beneath a large porch, flanked by two segment-headed windows and a single similar window. The left return of the building is also symmetrical, featuring lunettes on the top floor and a centrally placed weatherboarded jettied hoist house in the roof. All windows are fitted with iron glazing bars.
