Description
The Cottage is a late 18th century to early 19th century corner house, part of a semi-detached pair, with the other half having been altered. It is constructed of painted brick and features a brick eaves cornice and a tiled roof with an end chimney. The building stands two storeys tall and has one window, which consists of wide sashes with boxed frames, cambered head linings, and glazing bars. The entrance includes a six-panelled door, with the top two panels now glazed, and an arch that matches the door. Notably, there is a good early 19th century arched trellis porch that has a tented hood.
