Description

Masons Yard and Office is an office and enclosed stone masons yard built in the mid 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with minimal stone dressings. The small single-storey building to the north features a Welsh slate roof and stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. The north elevation includes a window and three doorways with plank doors. The west gable end has two 2-light windows beneath wedge brick lintels with keystones. To the south, there is a quadrangular yard surrounded by tall brick walls with flat stone copings, and to the south, brick piers with moulded caps and double plank gates. This building is listed for its group value only.
