Description

K6 Telephone Box on Bretby Village Green is a telephone box built in 1935, designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. It is made of cast iron and features a wooden door. This square box is of the K6 type and has a segmental domed top. The door and sides are fitted with margin light glazing, while the top has etched glass panels inscribed with the word 'telephone' and raised crowns above.
