Description
Two farm buildings located to the east of Norwood Farmhouse date from the mid-18th century and early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed coal measures sandstone and feature quoins and stone slated roofs. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of four bays, with the west bay being taller and having coped gables and moulded kneelers. There is a single 2-light flush mullioned window on both the west and north elevations, along with a quoined doorway. The remaining three bays are advanced and include three doorways and two overloft windows, all of which are irregularly spaced. There is also a lower single storey addition at the east end, which has a stone slated roof. These buildings are included for their group value only.
