Description
These are farm buildings located to the north-west of Castle Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century with some minor alterations from the 20th century. The buildings are constructed from coursed squared sandstone and feature hipped slate roofs. They are two storeys high and are arranged in an L-plan, with attached walls that create an enclosed yard. The south elevation includes fixed paned windows set in stone surrounds, along with later sliding doors that cover the original openings. Above these openings are blocked hayloft entrances. The rear elevation features a wide segmental arch on the eastern side. These buildings are included for their group value.
