Description
Breadsall Manor is a private house that was originally a rectory, built in the early 19th century. It features red brick with a stucco finish and has a hipped Welsh slate roof, along with various brick ridge and lateral stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a first-floor band that includes a decorative frieze of circles. The eaves are plain and deeply overhanging.
The west elevation has three broad bays, with the center bay designed as a shallow bow. This bay contains two glazing bar sash windows on the ground floor and two above. To the left, there is an irregular flat-roofed bay with a glazing bar sash window below and another above. On the right side, there is a glazing bar sash window with a blind window above it.
The south elevation features a narrow recessed center bay that includes a doorway with a panelled door and a rectangular overlight, along with a Trafalgar porch. This is flanked by glazing bar sash windows on each side, with three similar windows located above. Inside, the manor boasts a stick baluster staircase.
