Description

No 20, Market Place is a late 18th century or early 19th century building. It features engraved stucco and has two sash windows, with the upper panes having glazing bars, all set within moulded architraves. The building includes two plain bands and moulded stucco eaves, topped with a slate roof. The shop front, dating from the 19th century, is bowed at the sides. This building is listed for its group value alongside Nos 19 to 23 and the premises occupied by Westminster Bank.
