Description

This is an early 19th-century building on North Parade, Matlock Bath. It comprises numbers 138 to 142 and has three storeys. The exterior is stuccoed with a slate roof. The elevation features two windows with plain architraves, lacking glazing bars, and a three-light canted oriel window on the right-hand side, also without glazing bars. Plain eaves complete the exterior. Modern shop fronts have been installed. The building is of Group Value, forming part of a group with numbers 124, 134 to 144, 148 to 172, the Royal Museum, and numbers 178 to 186.
