Description

Nos 170 and 172 on South Parade are Regency-style buildings constructed in stucco. They rise three storeys and feature four sash windows with plain surrounds, along with a prominent giant moulded wood bay window at the center of the second storey. A recessed door with a rectangular fanlight is located on the right-hand side. The buildings have false quoins at the sides, plain eaves, and a tiled roof. There is a modern shop front on the left-hand side. These buildings are part of a group that includes No 124, Nos 134 to 144 (even), Nos 148 to 172 (even), The Princess Victoria, and Nos 178 to 186 (even).
